Hi, I’m Alana – and I’m so glad you’re here!

I thought I’d kick off this blog by introducing myself and sharing a little about how Prime Administration Solutions came to life.

For over a decade, I’ve worked in administration—from corporate, to health care, small businesses and everything in between. For the past 5+ years, I’ve focused specifically on the healthcare industry, working mainly in aged care. I’ve seen first-hand how admin tasks can pile up and take precious time away from clients, patients, and growing a business.

But the real turning point came when I became a mum.

Like many parents, my perspective shifted. I knew I wanted to spend more time with my family, create flexibility in my work life, and build something meaningful.

I also wanted the freedom to travel, create memories, and truly live life—because it’s too short not to be lived.

That’s when Prime Administration Solutions was born.

A virtual assistant business that allows me to do what I love, while also supporting like-minded professionals who are juggling it all.

A Bit About My Work

I provide remote admin support to:
